CONNEXIONS

  • Benchmark UHF Radio Messaging System
  • Transmit Data from Fire, Security and Nurse Call Systems
  • Send Messages from PC

Flexibility

The key advantage of the Scope Connexions system is its flexibility.

Its modular high-performance interfaces enable robust connectivity to many different types of host device, including: internal telephone, PC network – Ethernet (optional), RS232, RS485, USB serial interfaces, and dry-contacts and voltage triggers.

There is also an internal protocol conversion option, which enables the translation of incoming RS232 data from host hardware into paging data, providing paging from various fire, intruder, nurse call, building management systems etc.

The basic unit comes with two RS232 ports and eight dry contact inputs, which enables the system to be hard wired to anything ranging from an alarm control panel to a doorbell.

We supply Connexions systems configured with default settings and which can support up to 4-digit pager numbers as standard (9999), enabling future expansion.

Working at UHF frequencies gives an extraordinarily high degree of reliability for transmissions in commercial environments, whilst using very small and unobtrusive antennas.
